Excellent customer service. My iphone 13 pro screen was fixed in 30 min and all the staffs were very helpful. My phone looks like brand new now. Extremely happy.

Bought a glass screen protector for $35 with claims it won't crack easily and just lazily slapped it on my phone. Touch performance is sloppy with sensitivity boosted, and over a week it already cracked and peeling. This is just straight up regular glass.They won't credit or refund so better of going somewhere else reliable trustworthy for the asking price.

DONT NOT GO HERE!!!!I wish I checked on here first. Went in to replace my screen on my iPhone 11 Pro.Whites aren’t white anymore, and screen is so grainy. Such poor quality, and they offer bellow industry standard of only 6 month warranty. I assumed I’d get lifetime warranty like almost everywhere else offers.They wouldn’t do anything for me but offer to upgrade it to a genuine apple screen at my cost or put my old screen that they broke more back on.I’ll be taking it to consumer affairs as this screen is low quality and not fit for use. Unbelievable. Such a waste of money

I wish I could rate this place a zero, or a negative rating. $35 and my glass screen protector slid off my phone in just over a day. $35 is not cheap, and is ridiculous considering my phone could of slid right out of my hand and smashed. Plus, the screen protector was super flimsy, I doubt it is tempered from how it felt. I've just had to sticky tape it to my phone, so it has some form of protection while I find somewhere else to install a better screen protector for less. I would be more than happy to pay $35 for a product that actually did its job. I'm not sure if it is the product's fault, or the installers fault. Either way, I am so disappointed. I don't have money to burn and this was a kick in the teeth.

Screen replacement cost $539 and the fingerprint security no longer works. Don't replace your screen here. Buy another device instead. Lesson learned the hard way

Really bad quality screen replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro. I chose to get the third party screen as it was cheaper.If you go here it’s worth getting the genuine Apple part or going elsewhere.The colours are not the same as the original Apple screen, and my screen constantly thinks I am touching it even when I’m not holding it, which makes typing extremely frustrating!I wish there had been more reviews available before I made the choice to go here!They gave me a receipt and said there was a six month warranty on it, but I don’t like my chances of getting it fixed…Save your money and don’t buy a third-party screen from here.

Amazing service by Hena and Chang. Fixed my phone which had a sever bent and lines in the screen within 20mins. And most importantly they provided me with 6 months warranty whereas all other places I went to only offer 1-3 months. Great work guys. Will be recommending to all my friends

My phone was soaked in the washing machine and was fully dead. But The technician managed to recover all the data! Thankyou guys so much! my babys photos mean so much to me! Thankyou guys!

I certainly wish I’d read other reviews about this shop before going there. Made an on the spot decision to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 11. It didn’t need to be drastically done. However I was travelling from a country town and thought I would take the opportunity to have it done while I could. I went back to pick up my phone From getting the battery replaced and they told me to come back a little later. When I went back, I paid the agreed amount and after I left the shopping centre I looked at my phone I noticed that it appeared the screen had also been replaced. A tiny mark at the top of my screen, which I had was no longer there, and it was obvious it was a different screen. Not mentioned to me by the shop worker. It obviously been replaced because they had damaged it whilst replacing my battery it seems. The problem is, now a month later it has got progressively worse with the screen sensitivity to be now virtually useless to use. You cannot swipe upwards to close a page And when you pinch to zoom in on a photo it then won’t let you zoom back out. Contacted the shop and they simply said apologies for that. I live virtually 1000 km away so not practical to return the phone and it seems, they certainly are not willing to provide refund even though it will now cost me quite a bit of money to get a screen Replacement again or worse likely need a new phone.
