We have owned our babyhood stroller for over 3.5 years and still use it basically everyday. We have now added the second seat for our second baby. Our daughter still loves riding around in it. The frame is super sturdy, the materials are all superb quality. We love the pull out UV shelter/cover, especially whilst bubs is asleep. The stroller is easy to set up and back down. It can also be used with the Nuna capsule (with adapters). We are just sooo in love with our stroller could not of imagined anything better.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service at the Melbourne baby expo. Ally took time to explain and demo each product we had questions about (and we had so many!!), was clear and patient. She didn’t try to just sell us the most expensive products, but really listened to exactly what we needed and wanted. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The service was amazing, the crib was gorgeous, I felt so safe with my little one in there! Exactly what was described in the product description and images shown and easy to assemble! Beautiful product and incredible after care service even when I lost the assembly instructions 2 years after purchase, I was helped immediately and professionally! HIGHLY recommend!!

Yasmin at baby hood was super helpful and polite. She talked us through all our options at the baby expo and were very happy to go through with the purchase of a new cot.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in Australia.I don’t usually believe negative reviews but I do believe in them here. I totally regretted not to read the reviews before I purchased their product.When I found their travel stroller, I was really happy and went to baby expo to get it straight away.As soon as I received the stroller, I opened a box, and found few scratches. I also found a white mark on a canopy 3 days later.I contacted babyhood on the day I received the stroller, because I wanted to replace to a scratches/damages and mark free one as I payed for BRAND NEW stroller. Not a SECOND HAND one. (It wouldn’t have been a problem if they had explained me like they give a discount on baby expo because the stroller has scratches/ damages that won’t impact the safety. But they never did. )Their response was cold hearted and NO apology or sympathy word.They said to me“this is not a manufacturing fault. The part is manufactured from plastic and small scratches or imperfections are normal this is expected and this does not impact the use of the product.”“Normal????” It is not normal!! This shows that babyhood has such poor quality of products standard.Also said“ This is a “very minor scratch” and would not be considered a major issue to replace an entire pram.”This is NOT very minor scratches to me “as a brand new product.” And they should never said something like this to a customer when they deal with complains.They also said to me that I have to pay for the expense if I want them to assess the stroller.I have already paid $30 for shipping. I don’t underhand why I have to pay for the expense coz It’s obviously their fault/ carelessness.( what’s the point to pay for the assessment when they never admit their fault.After I read all the 1 star review, I can tell they won’t admit their fault and I will just waste my time and money.)In my over 35 years of life experience, I have never received any plastic brand new expensive products which has scratches/ damages.Why do I have to compromise ? I payed $400 for the stroller.My stroller has been just sitting in a living room as I can’t use it until the issue is solved.I’m thinking to sell it and buy a different stroller as I can’t trust them.If you receive a problem free baby hood product, you will be happy. But if you receive their product with an issue, they will be very hard to deal with.I’m so disappointed that babyhood has low quality customer service standard and doesn’t know how to deal with customers.( especially as “family own business)I wouldn’t have been so stressed if they had used different words with apology and sympathy.We never use them again.Thank you for reading my long review.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ally and her beautiful family at the Melbourne PBC Expo.They are the family behind the brand!Ally’s knowledge of her products from her own experience using and developing them is amazing.She was able to explain how and why ever product was developed and armed me with so much knowledge!As a first time Mum the road ahead is overwhelming but Ally was able to draw on her personal experience, having three children of her own to explain why her products are amazing!Everything they make is from high quality materials and you can really tell they have been developed from experience actually using them!Thank you all for making this experience so fantastic and I look forward to putting everything together and using everything I purchased as I know it has come from a family owned business that cares a about their product and their customers!Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Ordered a cot and paid $50 for delivery. The delivery driver refused to bring the cot up to our apartment on the first floor (10 stairs). Said delivery fee does not include stairs. Babyhood have confirmed via email that their T&Cs state this. So if you're a new mum recovering from birth, be warned that the company expects you to carry the furniture you order up the stairs yourself.Box also arrived damaged. Babyhood responded with - item did not leave our warehouse like that, contact freight company.

Very happy with every product I've purchased from this company. The team are very knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to talk me through everything I questioned. Definitely worth visiting the store if you're a Brisbane local! High quality products and cots all made from wood with no mdf so I know I have a safe bed that will last for years as my baby grows :D

Absolutely adore Babyhood and all of their products. You can definitely notice the quality, practicality and functionality above any other brand. They have really taken into consideration of the longevity of their products and the comfort/ease of use for the parents as well. Absolutely phenomenal stuff from Ali at babyhood!We purchased the Mila cot package and have zero regrets. Can't wait for delivery to start using these amazing products.
