I had my car repaired at Ashmores Smash Repairs in February and they did a great job! Most of the drivers side of my car had been scraped and dented and it looks brand new after the repairs were made.The service from Cathryn and Greg was wonderful! If I ever need further repairs I will definitely go back here

I have always known Ashmore's do excellent work, and they didn't let me down. Customer service is so important. Right from the initial phone call to picking up the car. We had just purchased a work truck that was a bit battered from previous owner and took it to Ashmores to get dent removal on doors, chrome trims replaced, tray repainted etc. The job was complicated (something on nearly every panel), truck had a lot of tray accessories, and I was skeptical that they'd get it all done in one go. But was impressed when I picked it up just a week later and it looked like a brand new truck. Price was a bit higher than other quotes, but worth it because I didn't have to go back and get anything corrected. A+ for efficiency.

Highly recommend the team at Ashmores, from the ease of getting a quote to the job being completed to pefection, these guys will not disappointed. This is the second car we have had repaired by them, their prices are fair and workmanship amazing. Don't bother going anywhere else, save yourself time and money.

My car got damaged whilst on a trip down from Queensland, I wanted the repairs done before we take the trip back up.Craig and team advised that it would take 4 days to repair.They completed the repair 1 day earlier and in perfect state. the repairs were done very well, just an awesome job.This team is very professional, and all the team members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful.They delivered an awesome customer experience. My colleague at work referred Ashmore Smash Repairs to me. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to Lilydale but it was 100% worth the effort. Had a great experience from quote stage to the repair stage with Cathryn. There was a long delay with parts availability under the current market conditions but this was due to the OEM and not under Ashmore’s control. Despite the delay, I was kept in the loop the whole time with constant updates and quick responses from Cath. A great example of excellent customer service! The repair job was also amazing, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended if you’re seeking a smash repair shop. Thanks again for your amazing work!

I brought my car in for an assessment and they failed to send the report to my insurance company. When I called to chase up about it months later and they said it was an oversight (but did send it after my call).I tried to book in for the repairs after my claim was approved and was told I would be called a week later when they could make a time for me. I got a text three weeks later instead.They seem nice but I wasted 6 months already trying to get my repairs done here and I'm now taking my car elsewhere.Edit to add: I received a private number call in response to my review to try to get me to remove it.

First time visiting the shop which is almost and 1hr 40 minutes from where I live which is Roxburgh Park to Lilydale, but the drive was good. When I first got there I was nicely been introduced by Catherine and Greg they were both very welcoming and friendly with great service. They talked me through on what will the process be on getting my rear bumper fix and organising a loan car for me when the day comes to drop my car so that I have a car to drive back home and the car was fun to drive as Catherine mentioned that it was her favourite car and it was zippy which it was!.
