Staff went above and beyond to help me.I wanted to look up General Law land records (for family history research) and she showed me exactly how to do it. But, knowing the information available to me was limited, she went behind the scenes and pulled out another index that wasn’t available to the public and was able to use it to nail down the record I needed. Thank you so much for your help. Only improvement here is to make that other information available or more accessible.

Nice staff that are always happy to help.Make sure you take a pencil if you want to write anything down as pens are not allowed inside the reading rooms. Also a good idea to take a USB if you wish to scan any documents.

Honestly the staff are not overly helpful if you are unsure so make sure you try and go in with a game plan. Also when I visited I wanted to speak to someone in the koorie services but no one picked up and was just told to email
