From first contact through to post-build, every step of the process has been enjoyable, stress-free and commendable. Peter and the team are everything that we wanted from our builder; genuine, honest, friendly, approachable, flexible, hard-working, thorough and particular. The finishes are of great quality, the inclusions list is exceptional and communication throughout the process was excellent. Peter was very accommodating in working to our budget, whilst still ensuring our desired end product. Being a custom build, any little tweaks throughout we not a problem and we still had a completed house in 4 months! Thank you so much Stroud Homes Tamworth, we love our new home!

From start to finish our build with Peter and the Stroud Homes Tamworth team was flawless. From initial contact to handover the communication was fantastic from both Pete and build supervisor Michael. We loved our Friday afternoon updates and knowing exactly what was happening during the following week.The quality of work was on point and any issue that arose was dealt with before we were even aware of the problem.We knew exactly what our entire build was going to cost before we signed any contracts so we knew exactly what to expect.Our home was finished ahead of schedule and since handover the team have been very responsive to a minor issue we have had with Michael going above and beyond to come out early in the morning to get it fixed.We couldn't be happier with our new home and would recommend Stroud Homes to anyone thinking about building.Thank you to Peter and the Tamworth team!
