Melissa and Natalie are the most amazing people who work at IKANDi sunglasses store. Throughout my whole time shopping here I felt no pressure to buy anything but got such great feedback on different styles of sunglasses and with such a great selection I ended up buying two pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses. Can’t stress enough how helpful, polite, and knowledgeable Melissa and Natalie are!

Super friendly and helpful customer service from Melissa and the other lovely woman! Picked up a mad pair of Pradas and they also fixed my partners sunglasses for free which was very kind, felt like we were at a social gathering rather than in a sunglasses shop which was awesome, thankyou ladies we love you will be back

The staff were amazing! Lorena was so helpful with allowing me to try on all the multiple designs I was interested in and helped me choose. And whilst I was busy browsing their collection of latest designs… another staff member cleaned and realigned my sunglasses. 5 stars ⭐️

Having recently lost a pair of glasses, we came into the shop with no expectations other than needing to get a replacement pair. Having met James he identified a new range of frames we had never considered before and knew just by looking at our face shape what would suit- and he was spot on! Incredible customer service- James ensured the glasses fitted perfectly, he knew the product so well and was a pleasure to meet. We left feeling delighted with our purchase and the care James showed in the sales process. If you're looking for a new pair of glasses or a tweak to your existing ones, iKandi is a great local independent shop with amazing service - you won't be disappointed!
