Loved our stay! Would very happily stay at Warramba again, this time in the warmer months. The highland cows definitely made the stay, especially seeing the kids and the joy they had from feeding them. From the drive up to the property, to the walks around, the indoor and outdoor fires we lit, the ambiance was relaxing, calming and enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and hard to leave each morning, especially on check out day. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Warramba was a truly unforgettable experience.Driving down into the valley we knew that we were headed too somewhere special. The farmhouse was impeccable with just enough technology to be practical without losing site of the amazing surroundings.Refreshed, recharged and at peace are the things that come to mind after a stay at Warramba.Strongly recommend and we will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend at this adorable farmhouse. It was a perfect escape with enough mod cons but not enough to distract you from the pristine surroundings and wildlife of the Capertee Valley. It really is a stunning vista from the veranda and we got to know the Highlander cows a bit as well. The interiors are finished to perfection with Edwina and Neil’s sense of modern country style evident throughout. We never even turned on the TV but instead enjoyed slothing on the couch with books and good coffee. One night we also drove in to Mudgee winery for a fantastic dinner. This place comes highly recommended as a way to feel the true Australian experience without needing to drive for days or pay the earth.

I have just come back from a 3 day stay at Warramba with a bunch of girlfriends and I have nothing but good things to say! It was such an idyllic spot - the scenery was so picturesque and the home itself and surrounds were stunning. We knew the home was so beautiful so we didn't make any plans to leave aside from a trip into Rylstone to 29 Nine 99 Yum Cha which had the tastiest dumplings! It was such a wonderful couple of days and a very well equiped place - perfect for morning runs, multiple swims, afternoon cheeseboards & drinks, reading time, and cooking up delicious dinners of an evening. The 'swag deck' offered spectacular views and there is an amazing vegetable patch that you are welcome to enjoy. We all left feeling so rested and recharged, a very wholesome stay and will absolutely be making plans to return again! Thanks so much Eddie & Neil - It was perfect!

From the moment we decended into the valley, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of this ancient natural wonder. From there, our experience continued to be everything we could wish for. As we took up residence, albeit briefly, in the beautifully apppointed historic farmhouse, we relaxed with a glass or two of wine in the fire pit area..and as the sun went down our fire making skills were put to the test. It was magical as the night stars appeared whilst enjoying the warmth and shear peacefulness of the moment. The next day started with a cooked breakfast on the modern BBQ, all the while witnessing the abundant wildlife who also call Warramba home, From there we explored the local area including the picturesque town of Rylstone. Plenty of interesting shops and food options meant time picking up Christmas goodies and lunch in the Globe Hotel, tree filled beer garden. On the trek home, we stopped at the award winning De Beaurepaire Winery. A must for any wine enthusiast. On our return to the property, the amazing pool beckoned, The warm weather we were enjoying made a perfect opportunity for a glass of bubbles surrounded by silence, interrupted only by the local bird life or the mooing of the amazing highland coos that are such a unique part of this special property. As a destination for our Wedding Anniversary we could not have asked for more. The immediate sense of calm and relaxation as soon as we drove through the gate provided us with a beautiful weekend . We couldn’t recommend it more highly to those who are after the ultimate country getaway.
