Fantastic service and advice relevant to customer circumstances. My daughter is a uni student on a tight budget and her car needed a few things done. The Wollongong mycar team advised her what was urgent and needed for safety and what she could do overtime. The pricing they gave was very competitive and as a result my daughter took the advice and had all the work done at once.I have also had my Tyers replaced here and experienced the same level of integrity and service.Based on these 2 instances I highly recommend this business.

Mycar hasn't let me down yet! I've been with them for two logbook services and a tyre repair; they always get work done as quickly as they can, listen to their customers and explain when needed, and don't add random nonsense charges to their quotes. Though it can be annoying having to navigate the automated call centre, that's not the Wollongong store's fault. The communication between staff and customers is great.

I never write reviews, but so grateful for these guys. They always do a good job on my car service, but went above and beyond to fit my car in last minute to fix an issue. They were able to get it back to me same day, free of charge. Couldn't recommend more.

I visited Mycar Wollongong on Saturday afternoon (only a few minutes before they closed) asking for help due to rub issue in the rear tyres. I had my car serviced and tyres replaced in another shop in Canberra, and I was worried about driving the car back home while the tyres rub.I asked if they could help and Ben with thanks has inspected the car and fixed the issue with NO CHARGES! This makes all the difference in auto experience, and I’m glad I found them.Everyone was friendly and I will be recommending them to friends and family in the gong!

Had my Toyota Avensis in here unexpectedly with a failing alternator, They fit me in inbetween their other scheduled jobs which was very much appreciated. I had a essential service as well as another couple of repairs that were needed at the same time. The team here is so great - I recommend them completely.If, like me, you really don't know much about car engines, you have to be able to fully trust your mechanic. I totally trust Mendo and his team.I had been coming here for years but switched mechanics when I switched work locations. The new place I went to was ... okay, but nothing more. I switched back to MyCar and I'm so glad I did. They are really welcoming, give great customer service and take great care of my (very, very old) car. Five stars, without question.
