Luke installed a tap on the outside of the home, which required connecting to the mains water supply in the roof, via a very restricted roof space. He was happy to explore possible solutions with me until we arrived at a mutually acceptable option. He then did a very professional job with proper finishing off and cleaning up at the end.

Replacement of HWS on Saturday morning. The workmanship was outstanding and made sure everything was thoroughly completed.

We initially thought we'd be in good hands with Shaun who came out and inspected our property, provided a quote for our storm water drainage and chatted to us about our concerns. However, after that we were handed over to someone else in his team. That's when it went down hill. We had joists damaged, pots with precious plants damaged, rubbish discarded and poor excavation of our front yard that led to uneven surfacing. While Ben was great in remedying the problems, the miscommunication and lack of workmanship and care was quite disappointing and stressful, especially as a new home owner. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

The job was to replace our existing kitchen sink tap. Sean arrived on time and was straight into sorting out the job. He hadn’t seen this particular model before, but worked through the instructions methodically and got the job done.We were very happy with his work and the finished product.

There quote was literally 4 times more expensive than 2 other places I asked. The plumbers are nice but just so expensive and messed around on the quote for almost two weeks.Also, their website and magnets says no weekend penalty call out rates. But when I called for them to come on the weekend they said the call out rate was double ($160). When I asked about this the guy on the phone said 'its not a penalty rate, it's weekend price'. The people who run the company seem dishonest.

I logged on to the website on a Sunday afternoon and asked for a quote to replace a leaking hot water system in a rental I own. I received a follow up email asking for a bit more information. That was followed by a phone call to clarify my needs. The job was inspected early on Monday morning and I received a call about the job an d the possible remedies. Soon I was called again with some different quotes for different hot water services. The service was replaced and the meter board updated with a special cut off all by lunch on Monday. When the job was finished I received a photo of the completed job on my phone.They were fast, professional and courteous.I would recommend them for any similar jobs.
