Just went for a checkup for my dog staff was very nice the new clinic looks very good and modern they where very quick service and I definitely will be back again

I had my first visit with Dr Hedberg with my German Shepherd pup.She picked up exactly the problem, saving money for scans, x-rays and drugs to knock the dog out for these procedures, all because she knows her stuff.I skipped out of there with a much heavier wallet than what I thought I would.I am so happy that I have found such an incredible veterinarian.Thank you Dr Hedberg

Not the experience I was hoping for. I waited over an hour past my appointment. The nurses are very unfriendly and not welcoming.Laura is very rude and made up complete lies to have me not return. This place does not at all take accountability or responsibility for their actions. Please save your time and money and do not come here unless you are wanting a horrid experience.

I am not entirely confident in identifying the underlying cause - could it be understaffing? Simply unorganised due to recent relocation? Whatever it may be, the waiting time at this practice can get a little bit too much at times.Service itself is great; veterinarians are caring and knowledgeable, and admin staff are often friendly (there was one staff member who seemed less than eager to see me but haven’t seen her since they relocated and I hope it stays that way!). Although I have to say I wasn’t all that happy with that one time I did dental cleaning procedure here as I still found some visible tar build ups on my dog’s teeth instead of them being squeaky clean.Let us now however, return to the waiting time. My appointment was booked on the same day for 1545 which was great. But I still had to wait over 40 minutes past my initial appointment time before I was seen. I finished two Archer episodes while I was waiting and had to control my somewhat aggressive dog at the same time.But yes. The eventual service that I received was, as mentioned, great. It alleviated my concerns. What’s not so great is being late for my work because I had to wait extended period of time.They seem to be thriving, on the outside at the very least. Admin staff always appear to have their hands (and ears) full with constant calls and enquiries, and quite generously sized car park in front of practice gets full pretty often. So now one has to wonder - what is really causing this ludicrous wait time? Well reader, as I first prefaced on this review, I do not know. I’m just a simple man, trying to figure out why my dog screams.

Highly recommend this Vet. I had to put my dog down the other month and they were amazing. Even sent me a card in the post, it’s the little things that matter so much.

OMG, I was there 1 week ago, and I still can't tell enough people about this place. Karen from Sandycreek French Bulldogs recommended this place to me, and I am so glad she did. Veronica was awesome. Doug had a great health check with his annual shots, and I was extremely encouraged with conversation time in regard to his future health, things to keep an eye on and basically maintaining a proactive approach to his lifestyle without selling me stuff. Nothing was a problem. Every other vet clinic I have walked into... the dogs have wanted to head back to the car, but at this place they were happy to step inside. It is a 2 hour round trip for me to visit this clinic...and I have no hesitation in doing so for the professional service and genuine care from the whole team and the reasonable prices. Thank you to the whole team, your kindness is greatly appreciated and respected.

The staff at this veterinary clinic are so wonderful and caring. So happy we decided to make the change. Dr Louise was brilliant with my mastiff who is a big wimp when it comes to visiting the vet. She took the time to calm him and ensure the least amount of stress possible.Also, the new facilities are amazing!

I've been taking my bun Winston here for the last 5 years. If you're after a vet hospital who also specialises in exotic animals, then thisnisbthebplace for you. The team is all amazing, but Michelle is next level amazing. I always leave knowing that Winnie has had the best care, and I 100% trust the process. We recently went to the new location, and it is fantastic. Thank you, Michelle and team, for your amazing work and empath. Xox
