MONEY HUNGRY $$$$ BAD ExperienceTried charging astronomical fees. I was the purchaser and Held Lawyers was acting for the seller. My solicitor was in discussion with Adam about moving settlement by 3 days. Adam still ISSUED A NOTICE OF DEFAULT WHICH TAKES UNDER 10 MINUTES AND CHARGED $950, nomination statement $450, directors guarantee $700 ETC. Fees totaled over$4000. He is all about how much money he can try to get from you. A true disgrace to the profession. Count your fingers after shaking hands with him.
