Nar-Nar Goon Motor Garage
Torrential rain. Shop looked interesting. Asked if there was a restroom I could use. Was told ‘my shop is not a public lavatory, you can use the public toilet in the park’. I told the owner ‘that’s a pity, if I make the journey through the rain to that toilet, I’m not likely to return and browse your shop’. Owner just walked away. A less curmudgeonly approach to customers might attract more business.
