Just Cuts Balgowlah
I had to work around their schedule as they can not fit time for a hair cut for myself and my son. I would have to come back in a couple of hours. They can do one of us hair now and the other in a couple of hours. The staff were looking busy but had no customers. After a disappointing response, I responded that I will go to another salon of which the manager then replied Just sit down on the chair and we will do you both now". The hair cut was just a cut of which it was not a straight cut that I blind man could see. To correct it

Just Cuts Balgowlah
I have been to Just Cuts Balgowlah before and been pleased with their service, but not today. I came this afternoon with my sons at 4.43pm. They said they closed at 5.30pm and with 2 stylists there, they could not cut both my boys' hair, and I would need to bring one back in the morning. I asked why and they said one person needed to do the till" and there wasn't time for the other to cut both boys. I was really unimpressed as it only takes about 15-20 minutes to cut a school boy's hair. I walked away

My child just received the most shocking hair cut ever! I voiced my concerns while there but was completely ignored. No apologies, nothing! Do not go there!

Just Cuts Balgowlah
Mt child received her hair cut first time there. Unfortunately, the outcome was way under my expectations. Much shorter than we discussed. Length is uneven, thickness of layers are uneven. Maybe she's not used to cut slightly wavy hair. I'd need to go somewhere else to fix it up..

Great local hairdresser, based by the entrance to Stockland shopping mall.I’ve had several good haircuts by a number of hairdressers and they have all been pleasant and personable.The only downside for me is you have to book in either using their app or in person, usually having to wait for a bit. You can’t make an advance appointment. Suits me as I’m local, but could be a bit annoying.Generally very happy with their service though.

I have never been happier with a visit to a hair salon. I have spent years searching for a hairdresser who looks after the needs of my hair. In the past, other salons have cut my hair without care. I was wonderfully impressed with Shirley's attention to detail and the needs of a person. Shirley treated me as I felt leaving the salon, full of confidence. I can confidently say that Shirley can do my do my hairdo. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK

Got a men's haircut at this place. The hairdresser spend out eight-and-a-half minutes cutting my hair in a rather carefree, cavalier fashion; a month later, it still looks bad. $35 for the privilege.

Just Cuts Balgowlah
Called and asked if I needed an appointment for a late afternoon trim, was told I could just walk in as it was quiet so long as I was there 15 minutes before closing time. Despite arriving with more than 30 minutes to spare I was rudely turned away with no apology. May have been a blessing as the whole operation seems incredibly amateur and the gentleman leaving as I arrived seemed to have received a very rough and uneven haircut.

Just Cuts Balgowlah
Had to get a cut on Sunday and went to Just Cuts at Balgowlah. Couldn’t be happier. I’m sorry I didn’t get the girls name but she was so very caring and careful to do a perfect job while being conscious of the needs of an older lady. Very happy.
