Best service department! Great owner. I used to work for them and would definitely recommend them for the extra attention to detail.. If you think their hourly rate is high understand that they charge basically the same as most all other workshops. However they have extremely highly skilled technicians who can complete or diagnose any job you give them. Their work ethic is excellent and working for them I felt a real sense of family. Everyone working together and supporting each other to provide great sales and service to the customer at respectable prices.If you can afford a new car or just need a repair you won't be disappointed!Allan

Had a simple job for these guys to replace 4 wheel lock nuts on my VW for 4 non key wheel lock nuts supplied and fitted. They quoted me $200 for this service when the parts were only $70. $130 for the labour? Ill be going elsewhere thanks

Called wanting to buy a car and the salesman was so rude! Would not even sell the car for the advertised price, tried to charge me 4 grand more! Disgraceful

Called about a car spoke with a salesperson who took my details and told me he would email me a few pictures and a price and didn't send it. I guess I'll take my 70+k somewhere else. I called a few days later and spoke with another guy who said the car has just been sold. Thanks. He then told me he would have the original salesperson call me the next day and didn't which didn't matter anyway because I would not spend a cent with them after that.

Best service dept I've ever dealt with. I had some minor electrical issues on an older vw after changing some globes myself. After visiting 3 auto electricians around Nowra none of which could help me and said vw too hard. The staff here here pointed me in the right direction and I could diagnose and fix the issue within 20 min. And they didn't even charge me or say I had to bring the car in like most dealers would have. Now That's service.
