Went in to the store today and spoke with lochie about getting a bunch of gear. super knowledgeable and nice. spend time to explain and go through all my questions. found a perfect fit for all the gear i’ll need. definitely recommend

I am writing this Google review to share with everyone the incredibly disappointing service experience I had at your store. I have been a frequent customer in the past and have always enjoyed discounts or complimentary gifts during my visits. So, when I was checking out this time, I inquired about the possibility of receiving the same treatment (not necessarily expecting a discount or gift).However, the employee informed me that they needed to consult their manager. The manager's attitude was extremely rude, targeted, and even seemed to carry a hint of discrimination. As a customer, I place great importance on my experience, but the manager's response of whatever" left me utterly shocked. It is unbelievable that a manager in such a large store would utter such words and exhibit such an attitude.I want to specifically mention that the manager's name is Cam. I hope that every customer who visits your store pays attention to him

Ordered two sets of bindings and had them shipped to Maine US. They’re awesome. Can’t wait to use them. Arrived faster than I expected! Thank you. Will definitely order from Melbourne snowboard centre again.

We came in tonight and had boots fitted by Andy, hands down some of the best service we have ever received anywhere. Was super knowledgeable and gave us sound advice. Would highly recommend going in and having your boots fitted rather than purchasing online

Came here today and Amir and Adam (with the beanie) were beyond patient and helpful with my indecisive friend! Highly recommend coming here and requesting their help! Great stock and range too. Chloe N is nice as well!

Extremely bad experience with CAM (the guy name) which is the “service supervisor” of snowboard center. Superior rude and humiliating customer in front of everyone else, even though I have spent 15-20K in this place. He literally just said “we don’t give a s**t about you purchase” & said “whatever” loudly in the counter and walked away so rudely(check your video recording at the counter around 8pm).I have no idea what is this guy experienced before but that’s absolutely not the right way & attitude to treats any customers especially customer who spent 15k+ in the past three years. Is this a retail store or I owed this guys millions of dollars that he can talked to me like this? I believe other employees are friendly based on my past experience. But the experience of tonight is absolutely awful, unpleasant and been offended. I will not coming back again if no one apologies & improve this supervisor position.

Finally decided to get kitted up with my own gear this season and had a good referral to these guys. The team set me up, walked me through the sizing process all the while chatting and having a great time, even staying back after close to finish helping everyone still inside. Awesome store with an amazing Team, will definitely be returning.P.S. Amir is an absolute legend!!!

Very helpful staff. I went for some help with my shoes and snowboard. Had a good chat with Andy, he was very helpful and honest in advising. Speak to him if you are struggling with what gear to get.Uday is awesome too if you are looking for any help with your snowboarding journey.It's hard to find this great customer service nowadays. Kudos guys, thanks again.
