I engaged IRENO to repair a rain-damaged balcony and ground level floor boards of an 1880’s terrace in the inner west.The principal tradesman Zlatko Gojkovic responded promptly. The problems were not entirely straightforward but he demonstrated his expert knowledge, experience and superb problem solving skills in a detailed assessment, itemised quote and projected starting date. His organisational competence and meticulous attention to detail continued throughout the whole job.What impressed me was his sensitivity to the heritage nature of the work, his commitment and pride in doing a fine job, and total professionalism in all areas: contractual matters, punctuality, communication, courtesy and reliability.He was not only an expert builder but a fine craftsman.I would certainly use his services again.
