Enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was surprisingly quiet and the gardens with a few nice places to sit give the place a peaceful atmosphere.

DO NOT STAY - STOLEN PROPERTY!!!I stayed here for 3 nights and after the first night and while I was out at work they came into my room (when they shouldn’t have as they don’t normally clean after one night) and when I came back my brand new watch had been taken from INSIDE my bag (was not sitting out in view). I checked the room a thousand times and then went to the front to alert them to the issue. I had the owner and manager come into my room and look as well to make sure I had checked everywhere. There is footage of me wearing it into the motel so it was definitely there when I arrived. The manager has been of no hope, just kept saying ‘our staff would never do something like this ‘ (even though the staff and herself were the ONLY people who had been in my room while I was out). I have emailed many times asking for an update as I filed a police report and they have not answered a single email. The police have a suspect related to the motel that they are investigating. Terrible accountability and absolutely no care for customers. NEVER TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Mandalay was comfortable, but as a word of warning AVOID the Ruby Chinese restaurant, massively expensive for what you get!!!!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, also clean. Room is a little dated but it's walking distance to restaurants and the shops which is appealing for us. An effort has been made to create interesting & relaxing pretty garden areas too.

Room was relatively comfy. It was pretty smelly just outside the room albeit there being designated smoking area. Garden at the front is exceptionally beautiful. Very conveniently located close to local eatery, KFC, McDonald's. Close to fuel places and few Roma attarctions as well.
