Best experience with a mechanic in ever had! First time taking my Saab to John, offered me a car for the day to get to work. When I picked it up he showed me all the parts replaced and the cost break down. Great experience would definitely recommend!

Having used JB Prestige to both service and repair one of my cars for near on 10 years, I can confirm that the level of service and knowledge here is second to none.The two most important things that I found great are the ability to diagnose issues and problems (instead of just replacing parts and hope the issue resolves), and a deep knowledge of what is the best way to perform a repair - hence saving the punter time (and money).The owner is also an experienced engine builder and is a very nice bloke too.

This garage is one of the very few that services SAAB vehicles. The mechanic there (John) is a very honest and straight forward bloke and also a very impressive technician. The services and prices of labour/repair is very fair and also affordable. I had my car repaired there and inspected extensively after my old mechanic couldn’t troubleshoot/fix my car. JB Prestige is a place I can definitely leave my car and keys to the boss and come back a couple days time.

If we have any problems with our Mazda we always see John. He also services our daughters Volkswagen Golf. Always very happy with service and repairs. John is very knowledgeable friendly and trust worthy and affordable.

John knows Saabs especially and works hard to fix any issues. He goes above and beyond to get our beloved but sadly aging cars in peak condition, including sometimes spending more hours than he charges for! Always a great result when finished.

Introduced to John through a fellow Saab owner/enthusiast,unable to visit (1000k's away) but my problem was dealt with over the phone with patience and clear instruction of the fitment of the part i purchased from him..5 Star service !
