Unprofessional, rude, poor customer service and over the top expensive. Susan will do everything straight away (sure thing). Obviously Nassa didn't like me pointing out that the old door that he was measuring was too short for the frame. $2500 quote for a simple security door that they could've made with the left over stock. Wait...could that be double the price just for me at the guidance of Vincenza Fazzalori? Oh surely not.... you weren't Vincenza puppets as well - so surprised? Stay safe!Lovely to hear from you Susan - ‘on time/call’ - stay safe and take care - appalling conduct.
