Absolutely fantastic training company. I went for the first time and completed my Rigid Haul Truck and Bulk Water Cart and the trainers were so patient and explained all information so easily which made it a great experience and I passed both my courses. Can not wait to go back and do another ticket. Thanks Marcela.

We used this company to complete a working for heights course. It was honestly a joke. The teacher didn’t explain anything, we were given books and booklets to copy answers from which we then marked our own work. We were then left for 1 hour to watch YouTube videos that were not even in relation to WAH and just suggested from YouTube. The class was then notified that there was a delay in the pract part of the course and were advised that health and safety were on site to assess the company and it’s training set up. The practical rig was not safe or secure and our trainers were scrambling to sort the issues highlighted. This took 2 hours and we were told it’s was other teams within the companies fault this was happening. When completing the prac the trainer was rude and aggressive to some of the students who asked questions about putting on harnesses as they were not taught how to use harnesses and the teacher just simply wanted to sign everyone off. When the demo was being completed by the trainer, the rig was still not set up correctly and the teacher was completing unsafe practices. It was raised by senior students redoing their tickets that it was unsafe practices. The trainers response was to swear and blame everyone and anyone else again.Mind you the company runs these courses weekly and you would just assume the rigs were set up to standard and In preparation for the courses …… don’t assume with this company… literally a joke and the worst training I’ve ever undertaken.I issued an email asking for an explanation as to why the course was so poorly prepared for and run in which I received no response or acknowledgment to. Also no phone calls were returned in relation to the emails either.Honestly don’t waste your time or money with this training provider - they are dodgy and unsafe. Go to literally any other provider to get a better course and use of time and money.10/10 would not recommend ever.

Nico is a great trainer very friendly and funny! straight to the point when handling the CAT 769, signed off and happy!Only thing that could be better, Particularly with the rigid hauler is more of an area to maneuver and get a better feel for the beast.

Flew up from Sydney prices of the course are the best around. Staff are super friendly Trainers were very experienced and had a good laugh, the assessment was a breeze. Will be going back to complete some more tickets. Thanks CTT

Office staff where rude and cold upon arrival. Something to note that is not explained prior to booking is the actual machine training is a 5 minute drive away, so if you got a lift good luck! The training itself was basic, you read a booklet and answer multiple choice questions which takes 20mins. There was no instructor around to ask for help while doing these. I waited for 5 HOURS to do 10 mins in a rigid haul truck, complete waste of time, could definitely be more efficient with people’s time and maybe have a morning and afternoon intake instead of just everyone for themselves. The worse of all is that after I finished up I was promised I’d get my rii sent to me that evening as I was supposed to fly out to a job 4 days after the training. Their complete incompetence had left me with no ticket and no job after 6 days, because CTT didn’t send me my ticket in time even after I called them numerous times I ended up getting my contract cancelled. Lost out on a fantastic job because of these muppets.Just spend the extra 50/100$ to go to a proper rto, ran like a circus, full of clowns.

Went there for a Tely course and found arrogant trainers with no patience or interest to explain or answer questions. I need it a car as the training yard is not situated here (would had be nice to know it before to avoid to ask a lift to people you don't know and avoid uncomfortable situations) but wasn't really a problem. When I finally get there I spent some time to just read a book with no one really explaining me, maybe not really need as is quite straightforward but it makes it way boring so if I had just to read it by myself I could have it send it by email and read it at home prior the course day to save some time. After an hour or so to just sitting and waiting for my turn I got finally on the Tely and after the trainer explain me few basic things I had to operate a machine I've never touched and figure out by myself a lot of other things that were essential to comply the tasks the trainer was asking me to do and when asking him questions he was rude and hasty in his answers and not really taking care what I was doing as most of the time he was at the phone or went to the office to fill up his water bottle.Basically not really a good experience. Although I got my ticket in one day and the price was good, I would not come back as it's not worth to spend a day to be frustrated and annoyed by the all situation. But if you have already experience on the machine and with a Zen actitud, you shouldn't have problems.P.S. this experience happened to me months ago and didn't write anything thinking was just a bad day but I met a co-worker who had the same experience so I thought to write this review hoping will help the company to change and improve the teaching methods in case it's something that happens more consistently than the google reviews are showing.
