You said to me you were willing to do a free test to find out the problem (professional term is diagnosing) and will tell me how much to fix before I approve (which is all other mechinics would do). Even after I told you Mercedes has reset the computer before and you still insisted to check my car for free.What do you mean I indicated you after 2 hours to go ahead?? You only gave me one call said all good and pick up the car. No price was provided from the free check promise at the door. You wrote I should focus on fixing below. What is the fixing refer to your invoice?There is no 2 months passed. I have attached invoice showing the date from now. The computer identified the same problem after 2 weeks.After I said you are not GST registered. You said you were fresh business. Now you are saying you had run this business for long time. Which is true?I found there were other people had same complains about you in previous reviews.This is my second time been scammed by Turkish business. I bought Mercedes that doesn't mean that you should scam me for a cent nor you should stick you hand into my pocket. I am looking forward to see what you say.Posted 28.06.2020:Do not go to this shop as they are fraudulent, scammers and unethical. Do not leave your valuable assets into these people's hands. I have been scamed by this business owner. My car's engine light was on. Mercedes has diagnosed my car with thermostat problem. I bought thermostat from Mercedes and look for an economic mechanic to fit in. When I walked into this shop and ask how much to fit the part in, the owner immediately told me the Mercedes' report is wrong and he rekon it has nothing wrong. And then they promised me that they can do a free test, and If there is any problem they will advise me the cost before fixing. So I left the car to them, after 1 hour they called me to pick up and their report showing nothing wrong and they have cleaned the warning light. After all the talk how he spent $50k on the testing machine, he demanded $300 from me. I said you told me it was free test. He goes Oh

Needed a seatbelt fitted for my daughter’s car URGENTLY and Billy made the time today and fitted it for a great price. Wasn’t an easy job and really worked hard for his money. Thanks Billy!

not sure he is the owner 60+ looking man smoking cigarettes all time. Fitted my car with the wrong battery my feeling was something wrong from that time. Now just 8 months battery suddenly stopped working. Yesterday I took it to a different place they fitted with new correct battery for half the price what he charged me.be careful everyone

Stop telling lies you never offered a refund because we would have taken it as we had to pay someone else to do the job you were supposed to do. As far as take the car back in not a chance would I let u touch my car again and don't worry we will get our money back we have disputed your dodgy business and reported you to the relevant authorities hopefully you get shut down you dont deserve to be in business tried to support local and got ripped off. People out there take note of the reviews on this business take your money elsewhere all the good reviews are all billys family and friends trying to help his ratings. And the pathetic responses he makes to bad reviews is to try and make the customers look bad you would have nothing to defend if you were honest and did the job your getting bad reviews for a reason dozens of people with the same issues is proof enough next time we will make sure to check reviews before using a business never would have gone here with everything we have read now. Pay extra and go elsewhere people it works out cheaper in the long run so never ever use this mob you have been warned.

Hi everyoneMy name is adam I just want to tell you something about my bad story. Pls listen to me. I was in Australia for working holiday and I worked in the bar, sushi shop ,cleaning, kitchen hand.... Really hardly and I bought old car. It was so happy and billy was my fav car mechanic.And time to when i go back to my countryBilly said he want to help me for selling my car.I trust him and I give him my car and we made contract, also my sister was in Australia. he said It will take two months. I should have to don’t trust him.And I came back to my country But after than he Ignore my phone call ,message everything. First I just waited and trusted. 1years later My sister went his car mechanic 4~5times,He always sad “soon” Now I waited 4yearsMaybe you can’t believe but It is trueHe said promise and he ignore me everytime.Last time he said he is in the perth So he can’t. And Suddenly he’s hang up the phone when I talking. $3000dollor is my hard earned money. This way is only I can do, Let everyone know. This review is based on an experience i had with Billy about 3 years ago.My Navara's ac was Ice cold but had a stuffed bearing in the clutch. Billy wanted to put an exchange compressor in reasoning that its easier and faster so therefore cheaper. He found a compressor somewhere and quoted roughly $400. Ok do it. 2 hours later I get a call. Something he forgot so $50 more. Then another call and then yet another call. In the end is was north of $600. Remember that originally i needed only a $25 bearing. When I picked up the car he refused to give me a receipt claiming writing was difficult for you him.2 months later the a/c started to run only cool not cold. It was obviously loosing gas. When I took it back, Billys sole diagnostic technique was to place his hand over the vent, shrug his shoulders and tell me i needed to see an auto electrian and he could recommend one. Really? That's convenient!!In the end I called Tomy Kewl. He found a loose hose and regassed it. Perfect. It's been great ever since.I cant recommend Billy at all. The price blew out, no receipt and no after sales care what so ever. BEST TO Avoid. .

I've just met with Billy, he is 50 years experienced. He is honest an man. Cheapest price, best quality. He understands from every car very well. He shows you the problem as well, so transperancy is available here as well. THANKS BILLY!

Update:Now Billy is just making things up. I was too terrified to ask for a refund, let alone a charge back. He doesn't even know which person he scammed this is.Sleazy mechanics. Unfortunately, a dime a dozen but here's a warning to other ladies: NEVER trust a mechanic unless you know him personally. Luckily I realised early enough. Only" threw $100 into the drain.All these other reviews are fake and "billy" the owner pretends the bad ones aren't real."

Needed our car looked at urgently and Billy was able to squeeze us in. He found the problem and fixed it all within a few hours. I would happily recommend Billy’s Mechanics.
