Great hospitality, comfortable bed, neat and clean. Everything we needed and Yvette is a wonderful host. Only regret is that we missed her home-style cooking by going to the pub for dinner instead - not our best decision!!

Great place to stay! We have been guests here for a few weeks now,, staying to fulfil a local main roads project.Have felt at home here and the food is like your grandmothers cooking made with love and care. Thanks for being great hosts!!!!

Yvette is an excellent host gives 100% of her time to guests.Knowledgeable information re the area & the wildflower sites.Food is great - cooked on site daily.Accommodation is clean & comfortable.Recommend a stay if you are in the area.I will return. Thankyou.

Out here for work, rooms are ok, water is hot, but meals are supposed to be included. Most evenings we get in before 7 and there is literally nothing left. Cooks made us Vegemite and cheese toasties. Breakfast they have enough eggs for maybe 1/3 of the people staying here. 6:15 am and breaky is packed up and done. It's an absolute joke, place like this food doesn't need to be great but just saying your don't have any!?!

It's not the Hilton but it's got what you need. Warm, clean and comfortable. Evette is keen for you to enjoy your stay in a great place to venture from if you're seeking wildflowers. Facilities are basic but the food is hearty and the dining room is welcoming.

This was one of the most extraordinary places we have stayed at. It was originally a single men's quarters for a nearby mine (early 1900's).It has been since converted into rooms with ensuites but the main construction is basically the same. The rooms are ordinary but this is more than offset by the current owner. She goes out of her way to ensure that all guests are looked after. We were entitled to have a complementary breakfast which we did. We also decided to pay for an evening meal and a take away lunch. So worth it with excellent food and plenty of it

Comfortable accommodation with 2 doonas on the bed!I particularly liked the dining room which had a very welcoming feel with lots of food. Owned and run by the Harris family and they were very helpful regarding some requests I made.The fire out the back was great place for people to meet and compare wildflower experiences!

The accommodation was simple but clean. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess was generous with local knowledge and gave us great guidance to see the wildflowers.
