Harcourts Redcliffe

We had used Harcourts Redcliffe for our investment property for several years. As we live interstate we placed our trust in them to give us rent appraisals that reflected the current market in the area, but they didnt. After seeing other units in the same complex being rented for significantly more than ours I sought rent appraisals from 3 independent agencies who all provided appraisals that were over $200 a week more. Harcourts appraisals justifying their estimates were based off properties that in no way resembled our own, beachfront uninterrupted ocean views vs no views. They did what they had to do in terms of inspections and communication was good etc, but all that aside Harcourts cost us a lot of money.

Looking for a house nowadays is not easy and dealing with some real estate agents can be frustrating, however, everyone we have dealt with and spoken to from this company have been so lovely, friendly, understanding and just plain nice down to earth people.I also met a lot of them on the clean up for Redcliffe after the last storm. They supplied a team to clean up the whole of Grant Street and supplied breakfast and lunch. Cold drinks and moral support for the poor people who lost everything.Great community support. Great people. Great real estate.

We have had rental properties on the Redcliffe Peninsula managed by Whitney Stokes for about 5 years now. She has been responsive and a great communicator.
