I’ve known Craig for many years and had him repair my Asko dishwasher, Smeg oven and Bosch washing machine. He does it all. A real professional who provides a value for money service. Highly recommended.

very bad， he has no idea what is he doing. No experience for fixing the dishwasher.add：I found another guy who use 5mins and fixed the problem. You wasted my money and time. Go to get trained before you come out for working.

I only have only praise for Craig's excellent service and professionalism. We as a Charity and business appreciate his on going support of our people and customers and will always look to Craig to competently fix all of our appliances and thoroughly recommend him to our community.

Came on short notice which I appreciate and solved the simple problem. But didn’t bring the tools he needed for the job. Used my bathroom without closing the door and didn’t wash his hands and then proceeded to use my own tools. For the price of the call out fee I expected a more professional service.

I called Craig about a faulty washing machine pump. He came fixed it that day. Reasonable price too.

I rang Craig in the morning and he said he would be around that afternoon, he rang when I was out picking up the kids in the afternoon and I apologised and he was more than happy to wait for us to get home, our stove was making a funny noise and he even explained what the issue was, changed the fan and I mentioned about an element also broken he also fixed that on the spot for us too. He was so professional and lovely our kids absolutely loved him as he was having a good conversation with them too as he worked away. Very well priced as well. I highly recommend Craig to anyone needing either white goods repair and he even said he doesn’t some handy man work as well. I will definitely be calling him next time! Thank you so much for your wonderful work. It was a pleasure having you in our home.
