Chemist Warehouse Caboolture

I went in today to buy something and although they didn't have it in stock the young man (with the bluest eyes) has gone out of his way to help me, checking his stock levels (I guess to see if any out the back that hadn't been put on the shelf) and then referring me on to a close Chemist Warehouse that did have stock. I walked out with a smile on my face. Good old fashioned service that is rarely seen. I just wish I could remember the young mans name.

Love buying all my product from here and I absolutely love there gift range, I buy all my vitamins, makeup, hair colors and gifts, wouldn't go anywhere else, only thing they need to incorporate is loyalties cards ❤️

Might be cheap but the franchise owner Connor has no customer service skills. Terry white price matches so I would recommend taking your business to them as this store is out of the way for most people. I was given a faulty prescription and was told I would need to be out of pocket rather then being supplied a new one. Human error and faulty products happen! I have been charged twice for products here on multiple occasions over the years and never bothered to go back as human error happens but after being told I was the liar over a faulty prescription which could have put my toddler in danger of over dosing that is not okay!

Had a really positive and great experience today. The professionalism and the care that Caelan showed me and my finance today was outstanding. We felt like we were speaking with a professional experienced worker as well as the outstanding care he showed on a personal level. I have informed the owner but Caelans outstanding work should not go Un noticed. People like Caelan will go far in the industry they are in. And to think this guy is still only studying. That shows great integrity. I personally want to see Caelan get something out of this as talking with him today was the best experience. Please forward our appreciation onto Caelan. I believe he will be one of the best workers. Caelan is just absolutely outstanding in the profession he is studying. Keep up the good work mate. You deserve the biggest pay increase. We need to see more people like Caelan in every industry. He is the perfect example of nothing less then a professional.

On visiting the store today, with a complex return item, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brooke 67227(Till04). She was very helpful, patient, polite and efficient. She was a great problem solver, professional and informative. With me taking up her time she ensured other customers weren't held up. She resolved the issue promptly, communicated well with her team and myself and she maintained a positive and friendly approach throughout. You are a rare find. Thank you!
