TLDR: staff are helpful, laser hair removal is great, company policy on prepaid session expiry needs revisiting.I've been going here for years, as it removes hair for ages, and am now at the stage where i only need a yearly touch up. I've called to make an appointment and the staff member was lovely, however informed me that my prepaid sessions had recently expired. For a business that prides themselves on their product working, I was very disappointed, and sort of said never mind then. The lady spoke to her manager and agreed to give me a free" session which was nice

I'd been getting treatments at different beauty clinics for a while and had always felt kind of uncomfortable and nervous til I started getting treated here by Ashleigh and now I look forward to my appointments! She is the loveliest beauty service provider I have ever met and always makes me feel completely at ease, cannot recommend her enough.

I went in one day I did the botox application with Rebeca, the result is still not clear after a few days, I will continue to wait, the next day I went to do the laser in the face region, the girl who received me seemed rushed, it didn't even take 10 minutes of session and she said that she had already finished, disappointed with the laser session, she was so fast that she didn't shoot the laser in the region of the face where I informed only in some areas, I definitely didn't like it was money wasted

The worst experience I've ever had. I used to visit the Gungahlin one and it was fine. Earlier this year I prepaid a LED yellow light treatment online and visited the City branch. The lady doing the consulting was nice and recommended me to change yellow light to two blue light sessions under the promotion at that time (buy one get one free). I then prepaid another two blue lights under the same promotion for next months' sessions and that's when everything got messed up...After I finished the second month's blue light treatment, the person doing the treatment (not the same lady as before) told me I don't have prepaid on my account and hence I paid another session's blue light. I checked my payment history and went back to the store and explained the whole situation to another lady with a pair of glasses, who was working at the front... She kept using I don't know what you paid last time" for the first 5 minutes until I asked if she can check my record in their system. She then checked and obviously there were some comments from the previous treatment lady. She agreed to refund the extra charge (one blue light treatment fee and the initial yellow light treatment) to my account as credit... More than one week's gone now and there's nothing shown in my account.I understand that this is a busy branch and because of the whole promotion arrangements

I received skin needling treatment 3 times & got such fantastic result and service at the Laser Clinic Canberra Centre.Staff is wonderful they are knowledgeable and really took care.In saying that, I feel so positive and optimistic about my treatment that I’m now considering purchasing 2 more needling treatments to use over be next few months.

Always enjoy my appointments here. The therapists are highly knowledgeable with their treatments as well as their advice. they understood my concerns and I am very happy with the results will recommend :)

Ive been seeing Kiri for skin treatments for just under a year and she is exceptional. Could not recommend enough! 1000/10 customer service. Always leave feeling fantastic.
