Dancing Through Life Studios

Dancing through life studios (DTLS) and especially Lauren are beyond words! Since being apart of DTLS, I have become more happier and fitter, plus meeting and befriending amazing people along the way! Lauren has always approached her classes with the utmost professionalism and dedication. She comes to class with a smile on her face and uplifts the room with her amazing energy and enthusiasm! If you are looking for a great studio, teacher and people DTLS is the place for you!

Lauren at Dancing Through Life Studios was such a pleasure to work with from the first day we met her right through till our final lesson. We went to Lauren for assistance with choreographing our wedding dance (which we had chosen to do a mash up!), her energy and demeanour made us feel so comfortable and able to be ourselves. Neither my husband or I had done any form of dance lessons before and Lauren was very patient with us as she created our dance tailored specifically to our personalities and desire for a not so serious and uptight first dance.We had a blast on the night showcasing to our guests what we had learnt (many pleasantly surprised by our choice of formal dance turn 90s mash up)! We can’t recommend Lauren highly enough and we so appreciate your help, thank you again :)

Amazing teacher Lauren who provides a judgemental free and welcoming environment. She’s so unbelievably patience and encouraging to all of her students. I’ve recommended her to many of my friends and highly recommend her to anyone else.

I’ve known Lauren for a long time and she is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She has created a low pressure environment where fun is the focus and it so refreshing! I’ve taken a range classes at Dancing Through Life Studios and throughly enjoyed every single one! I am truly grateful that I just happened to come across the DTLS family. There are simply no words to express how amazing Lauren is and how awesome all the dancers are. You can really feel the love, encouragement and positive energy every time you step into the studio and it is always a fun and relaxed dance class - it really does feels like a family. I can’t even begin to explain just how much confidence DTLS has given me back and has made me remember who I am and the things in life I am most passionate about.
