Literally the worst most unprofessional agency I've seen. Agent showing the property doesn't have a clue what's going on. Agent in charge of the property is mia. It's either the landlord that has no intention to lease the property putting the agency in a tight spot or the agency along with its incompetent agents are just incapable of being professional. If you've a contract with them good luck if you have any issues with your property and need help solving them. If you have yet to work with them, may I suggest finding another agency who is more knowledgeable, understanding, compromising and professional to handle your needs. This agency is a MUST AVOID at all cost. Horrible to deal with even before entering a contract. I can't imagine what they'll be like after! If the other google reviews are anything to go by this agency looks like they have no clue what they are doing!

They can't send an email without spelling errors or grammatical errors. That's only the beginning of the issues.They never checked on the tenant. The apartment was returned in a ruined state. Lots of fixing needed after as the tenant damaged the entire apartment and the agent never checked the apartment. When it came to swapping agents, Excelsior withheld the money. They said they paid the rates but they didn't. We got hit with a water bill that said we did not pay even though Excelsior withdrew the money from our accounts. Questionable values.If you want an agent who will do a proper job, I suggest you find one that is more professional and on top of their rentals.Shame I can't give them a zero because they don't deserve a single one.

agency is absolutely horrible and unprofessional.application was sent in on Monday, agent (Leanne) didn't even know it was sent because she called me on Wednesday and sounded SURPRISED when she knew that I had already applied!Applied again the following week - I made sure to submit the application in PERSON by walking into the office. The officer manager Chase (?) took it and had been avoiding my phone calls all day - there was even one occasion where he picked up the phone (recognised his voice) and told me Chase was not in!Decided to rent elsewhere because I was not prepared to handle the drama of renting with them down the road.Trust me this agency is downright horrid! I should've trusted the other reviews!

Happy with Excelsior Realty , friendly and prompt service and professional. Always look after the clients and priorities their needs

Not recommended housing agent, one of the guy is very rude. I have been waiting for my bond to be solve and back to my account for more than 3 months and they deduct the bond with not a reasonable amount. They check the house after a month a new tenant living. There's no blind curtain missing but they say its missing. Waiting for their email reply for ages, I have been with them for 3 years, first two years they have a great agent, but now.. not anymore.

Unprofessional agency, I have sent so many emails and they never replied to me. I always need to call them and when I ask for an email to have written proof, they said okay and never do it. I have asked so many times to get a rend ledger form, they said that they are unable to provide me this document because they had an “ IT issues”, after fighting during days and days, they finally found a way to provide me this document. One of the guys is really rude. If you can avoid this agency, avoid them! I will never use them again and hoping my next agency wont be that much unprofessional

Just a deplorable group of people. Absolutely shocking communication and very doubtful ethics. I have no reason to think they treat anyone with honesty or respect.

They're doing really well so far - have been renting a property through them for nearly 3 months, don't have any problems to this date.They respond to queries quite fast and are so friendly as well (cheers Alan!).Looking from the previous bad reviews, I assume they've made big improvements relating to customer service and professionalism. :)Not sure if the bond will be fully returned at the end of lease contract (I do understand they'll need to check the property condition) - will update the review by that time if necessary, I guess.Hoping to continue good and mutual relationship with Excelsior Realty Pty Ltd! :D

Worst agent I ever met.It has been more than 2 months since I asked them to install the curtain, I still don't know when they can install it.At the mean time, they call me to give the rent more than 1 month early.They also announce that it is the owner who pay them, not the tenant.What kind of agent they are! Very unprofessional, inefficient, and never be responsible for the tenant. Extremely not recommended.
