This is by far the best gym I've had the pleasure to workout in for many years. I've been traveling around (Europe, US... etc), so I tried many different training programs and spaces.Zen and Beth are beautiful humans, they will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and improve your help and body shape.Small groups get you more attention, and changing the workouts every day just makes it impossible to get bored.In 4 weeks already notice a massive change in my condition... so happy I found them ❤️Keep crushing it!

The Bodi HQ team made me feel so comfortable. The Coaches have a great knowledge of fitness and are easy to communicate with. Bodi HQ has a community based atmosphere and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to join a gym and take their fitness to the next level.

Awesome community of vibrant trainers and health minded people. Adaptable programs with lively encouraging coaches - highly recommend the hand stand class, boxercise and yoga. BodiHQ run a variety of fabulous workshops drawing on expertise in the fields of art, drama, meditation, nutrition, mental health and hormones.Memberships are affordable with no lock in contracts. Ice bath and Sauna available too . Check it out

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The atmosphere of the gym and the energy from the trainers / owners, Zen and Beth, truly make this gym an absolute place to elevate your health & fitness. They walk their talk and treat me like family + their fitness classes are innovative and fun to be a part of. Not to mention their expertise and knowledge with regards to your routines and nutrition as well. Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who's looking to take their health & fitness to the next level with trainers who truly care about their clients.

Bodi Headquarters is an amazing community full of enthusiastic and uplifting people! Bodi has encouraged me to continue on my fitness journey and has pushed me beyond what I could push myself. The amazing coaches Zen and Beth have kept me accountable with my goals and made every workout a fun challenge. I always leave feeling pumped up and ready to tackle my day!

BODI HQ has completely changed my life from when I started in my school program to now doing PT sessions with Zen it has helped me with physical and mental health and my overall self confidence there is not other place I would ever recommend than BODI HQ
