Food is 4/5.Gelato is delicious and the salmon quiché and pumpkin and feta quiché were delicious. Coffee itself was great.Service is 1/5.I ordered 3 ice long blacks and 1 cappuccino. I got 3 regular long blacks (scorching hot, mind you) instead but was charged the ice long black price!!I should have kept the receipt and I regret not asking for it!

Bought a coffee flavour gelato which didn’t even smell or taste like coffee, it was just a sweet mixture. Went back to let the staff know. Instead of apologizing and maybe offering another flavour or perhaps a refund they were rude and unhelpful. They said that this is what they have and I should accept it. I chucked in the bin and left unsatisfied. Will not return to this place.

We have been going there for years on our regular trips to Wollongong for coffee with great views. Not that long ago we would receive our coffee in a nice china cup along with a biscuit for a reasonable price. Now it only comes in a paper cup and no biscuit is served and at $5 a cup, which is more than we pay anywhere In Sydney. I wouldn’t mind paying more if the level of service had been maintained but they have lost our custom.

We ordered some hot beverages and hot crossed buns.We ask for them to be toasted and buttered .They weren't toasted , instead heated whole .When we went back to asked to be toasted and buttered , the girl gave a surly and negative attitude.If you are have young peoplefor customer service , you should adequately trained them in the most basic of offerings.Not impressed and would not recommend.
