This place is very hit or miss. I quite literally waited over 45 minutes for a coffee and pastry, and this seems to be a regular occurrence given that multiple other patrons were also looking around looking for their order. I even inquired about my order, and the person quite simply left and did not return with an update. It’s a shame, because the actual items are decent, but the service is an extremely large let down.

French flavour café, sets the mood fairly well for a French-type feel, some staff appeared inattentive/scatterbrained, food was rather pricy considering what you got in portion-size, coffee was pretty good and the layout of the place seemed designed more for show of what they sold, and less for maximising dine-in customers. As such, there seems to be a line out-the-door most times, particularly if you want dine-in service.

Nice shop etc, service and surroundings was good. We like espresso shots. The basis of most coffees sold today. Very bitter indeed. If you like flat white or cappuccino, it might be ok, but if you like espresso, you'll find it extremely bitter. Go elsewhere.Not acceptable at all.

A very disappointing experience we had today. 45 min before closing cafe we were told that only way to have coffee we can have In plastic cups. 20 min later we can see that people getting coffee in a normal cups. I asked to explain why we were so unlucky. The person in charge pretended to be busy and we never got any explanation , even she did ask us to wait. A poor service we did not expect in this place.

We ordered, and were given a table number. However there were no tables available. After waiting a while, we sat at the rear of Cafe, beside the coffee making bench. Then waited so long for a small order. The coffee wasn't right. A Flat white is not supposed to look like a cappuccino. Onto of all these a waitresses kept coming and reaching over my wife's head, so she could access the orders monitor, so annoying I told her off.There are so many places at Pacific's Fair where we could have had better service.

I have been there many times over the past few months and I would like to give it one star for the effort to recreate the Parisian atmosphere, which despite being quite artificial has a certain charm. However, the staff at the cash register have quite an attitude, pretty arrogant indeed, and any time it looks like they’re doing you a favour, not to mention that the service is exasperatingly slow. Despite requesting a moderately hot cappuccino each time, they always served it scorching hot. It's not difficult to understand that not everyone enjoys scalding themselves to have a cappuccino. In the end, I gave up and decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

5 'Tasties' out of 5!Excellent, swift service with no frills - tasty!Delicious, pretty cakes with a great price - tasty!Satisfying, rich coffee with lovely balance - tasty!It was busy but we waited only 5-10 minutes for everything to arrive and were very impressed with the whole experience.
