After a quick internet search on how to clear a blocked ear - I found and made an appointment. The process was easy to navigate, the staff friendly from when you walk in the door. Dani was knowledgeable talking through the procedure and advice on ear care into the future.

Totally professional. I arrived at 8.50am for 9am appointment. I was welcomed and on with it by 8.55am with procedure completed by 9.05am. Real people who know their stuff and realise my time is as important as theirs.

It was a pleasurable experience.When you enter the consultation room you can't help but notice how clean and tidy things were.The consultant was very friendly,helpful explaining the procedure and what to expect and she went out of her way to make things peaceful for the patient.Definitely not a medical procedure to be concerned about.

Suzie is absolutely wonderful! I was terrified and hate people touching my ears, but from the booking process to the appointment it was so easy. Susie talked me through options, step by step the process and what she was doing and what it was going to feel and sound like before she did anything. She was patient with me as she could see I was panicking. I highly recommend Earworx if you are having ear/ hearing issues.

I was delighted by the kind and caring and very professional treatment I received by Suzie at Earworx LauncestonI had been traumatised and in a lot of pain with my ENT specialist removing wax from my ear 4/4/23I wholeheartedly recommend Suzie if you herd ear treatment!!
