Buyer Beware!!! On two occasions I attended this dealership attempting to purchase a $150,000+ vehicle. On both occasions negotiations were insultingly impossible so I purchased from another dealership. Secondly, I recently contacted this dealership, my local dealership, regarding structural issues / warranty issues with my new vehicle. Although they represent Ram Australia, they refused to provide any after sales service. I contacted the dealership which I eventually purchased from and they too will not return my correspondence. I intended on servicing my vehicle at Brighton for the lifetime of the vehicle but my experience with them has been negative on every interaction. RAM Australia have a known negative reputation for after sales service. Stay clear of RAM Australia Vehicles and Brighton Ram.

Bought the car a few months ago.They are now trying to charge me $15,000 more now.I’m been calling them everyday for 2 weeks to get them to email me something from Ram Australia proving that it’s gone up.They won’t pick up my calls.They took my deposit and now gone missing.Not true as I was never told anything about order not been in the system I was very clear I wanted the car in April and I never wanted the car earlier!You guys are the worse and no communication whatsoever no emails received no calls received nothing was notified! Worse dealer ship I’ve been too!Now you process my deposit refund after 3-4 months of disappearing!
