Could not find the property I was looking for on the website, even though it was their sign out the front?

The property I leased was 15 Laidlaw Road TIPPERARY, EPA has deemed it unfit to reside in due to illegal plumbing and failing septic that leach into the water tank, the real esatae took my bond without my knowledge by not adhering to two tenacy acts Section 175 and Section 165, I would suggest nobody leases that property as the owner will also breach every tenacy law in the book...Most unprofessional real estate I've ever dealt with, my landlord was refusing maintenance on the property with illegal failing sceptics and contaminated tank water I leased through a different agency, so Nabiac real estate took over, firstly I was expected to hand over my ledger so they could find out where my rent was paid up to, I paid an extra $100 to help with the transition of the termination of my lease which seem to never put me ahead in rent it just disappeared and nobody knows where it went, Vicki Baker told me she was coming for a meet and greet, then showed up with her husband and did an unannounced inspection without notice and took photos of the property, I was told I was going to be given a new lease agreement as they were new leasing agents for the property, then failed to bring said aggrement instead sent me a 90 no grounds eviction days later I'm a single mum with 3 small children evicted before Christmas (but if you ask Amanda it not an eviction) they allowed the landlord to intimadate and harrass me the entire 3 months while trying to leave, I had to ask for my rent reciepts as they failed to send any, the administration women Amanda never responded to emails, was aggressive and unprofessional with every encounter, they failed to manage the property I leased even in the slightest, down to the last day trying to leave I was charged at by the owners bull and after contacting Amanda asking to have the bull removed she hung up on me, never responded which was an ongoing issue, I was left with a full grown bull circling the house and me on my final day to vacate. Property managers these people are not.

Ever so helpful .. I stopped and asked for directions .. It was no trouble for the staff to photocopy me two maps and highlight the route for me.. I would use this real estate agent if I were looking at property in this area AAA+

Worst real easte ever. I rented one of the property (15 Laidlaw road, Tipperary) from them along with my 5 cats.They visited the property I was renting within couple of weeks of us moving in, without any prior warning because I was nursing for 2 more cats that 1 rescued, almost a week before which they did not like. So, they showed up without any prior warning also along with the owner who released 3 large dogs on the property chasing my cats. They also came the next day taking photos of my personal belongings. I moved out of the property as soon as i could. However 1 of my cat (who was like my son as i dont have any kids) went missing since the owners released the dogs. I believe the owners dog got him. The experience was very humiliating and traumatic. I am still grieving for lost baby.
