Yang has been me and my husband’s hairstylist for many years and we absolutely love going to him. He is very meticulous in hair cutting and will always ask if we are happy with the hair cut when he finishes. His attention to detail is why we always go back to him. Highly recommended.

Like many other reviews, service as been on the decline for the better part of this year. I note they have a tendency to accept as many bookings as come in regardless of whether they have the capacity to service all customers. This equates to exorbitant wait times!!! If this place didn’t overbook it would be great!

I'm really disappointed at my last appointment with ONC Hair, they firstly couldn't find my appointment in their book, they hardly spoke to me and gave me a different colour to what I asked for. I asked questions and got one word answers, they certainly don't have friendly customer service. I was too shy to complain in front of the other men having haircuts there, however when I got home I was so upset at how bad my hair looked. I immediately went and got a packet colour to fix it. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning. They've also had a price increase to $140 for a short hair colour, which for what I got was well overpriced.

Ask for Yang if you want to get a hair cut. He has salvaged my hair from the worst cuts and colors. Highly recommend him.

The skills of the owner/main hairdresser is extraordinary but the place is out of date. It needs to be managed professionally to attract more customers.

Love my big change. I hadn’t have idea what kind of style would suit me when I walked into the shop as I cut from very long hair to short. They absolutely did fantastic job. It’s far more important that they do their job awesomely than having some sugar coated conversion with customers. I will be back for sure.

Was nice before but their service just gone done like a waterfall. asked to color my hair to ash grey but the hairdresser seems very rush and only bleached my hair once so the color came out in a weired golden , and refused to fix because it will take them 2hour to do! Very disappointed
