Horrible customer service!! Been waiting for a refund as I was charged twice for an item in-store… 3 months have passed and still nothing. I’ve been in and asked and they are just rude and say yes we will deal with it and nothing. So rude!!

I swear if you don't walk into the store with a bag on you that's like over $300 already. The staff wants nothing to do with you.

Amazing service! Sam was so lovely and so helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love my new bag and am so thankful for her patience and assistance because I’m so indecisive haha thanks again Sam!
