I went to get lunch and get my eyebrows done so sat outside. At approx 2:30pm on 25th of March I chose to not! A lady with her hair in a bun and in pyjamas sat in the chair furthest from the door was sneezing and coughing profusely into the staff members face!!! This was enough to put me off! Staff member should have turned her away that is so off putting to everyone else who was also looking in.

I get my eyebrows done from here. I am really happy with the service. Rajni is very friendly and fantastic girl. Professional and expert in her work. She done my brows with in minutes and they look fabulous. My new eyebrow place with reasonable price. 100% recommended

Arrived at the stored at 4pm & waited as the sign advised me to do so. As I was waiting, I had read the reviews which most of you have said “there is a wait but worth it”. It is now 4:25pm a staff finally came to the front only to be told unable to do my eyebrows due to another client at the back. I mean, I waited for nothing and the store closes at 5pm. First time customer, and definitely won’t be back here.Tip: NEED MORE STAFF!

After going multiple places to get my eyebrows threaded, this beauty salon has been my favourite. I've never been so satisfied and happy about my eyebrows before I couldnt stop thanking the worker. I've been getting non-stop compliments aswell, 100% recommend this place

Service wasn’t the best and no smiles on arrival. Plus it’s very expensive at this place. They Didn’t take concent for my 15 year old daughter over the phone or in writing so had to go back in physically and sign something. We won’t be going back to this place ever again.

I have been going to see the girls at Elegant Brows now for over a year. I am always greeted with a smile and warm attitude. The store is always clean and fresh. And most importantly, my brows looks amazing after they have been tinted and threaded and I always am receiving compliments from friends.
