A very disappointing experience from the service team. Can’t talk to anyone when booking the vehicle in for something specific. Arrived to find vehicle booked for a completely different service to what I asked for. Upon arrival at service department I had to introduce myself, as the person greeting me did not introduce herself before serving me. It just went downhill from there. Was told the CVT oil could not be changed unless there is a fault- which is contrary to the service schedule. Attendant refused to look at service book otherwise she would have confirmed same for herself. Then she told me that I should have advised them in advance to allow time for parts to be ordered (I already tried doing this but since I couldn’t talk to anyone when I booked in, I was unable to do so). Was left to find the customer service lounge myself which I did after standing outside for a few minutes. Someone also disconnected my dash cam I assume for privacy- but they left it disconnected. Customer experience person did not return my call from earlier in the day. On a positive note the service was completed as requested. All up a very disappointing first experience from Zupps Nissan Service Aspley.
