Pharmacy 777 Subiaco - Rokeby Road

If i could give zero stars for this review I would.Put my disposable camera in to develop on Monday and they said that they said it will be ready by Wednesday. Went to pick it up Wednesday night and my prints couldn't be found. No communication with the staff to let them know where my prints could be what so ever. Photo lady only comes in one a week so it takes a week to do a 1 hour job. Still haven't received my prints as my camera is 'lost' Poor effort

Middle aged brunette cashier (not a Pharmacist) is quite judgemental about certain medications. Refused me medication that didn't require a script until I came back with one. Never had this treatment from any other Pharmacist anywhere. I felt quite embarrassed by the experience. Once people see you a certain way, any valid justification seems like an excuse. I can't imagine why she would have treated me this way other than to feel powerful, if she was genuinely concerned about my health she could have queried it with the Pharmacist quietly and they could have discreetly taken me aside to discuss their concerns. Instead she didn't confer with the Pharmacist and boldly refused me in front of other customers. There are many other Pharmacies where the staff are friendly and non-judgemental and the prices are much cheaper. The Priceline pharmacy is about a 2 minute walk away and deserves your business more than these guys. If I find out her name I will post because she really is doing that business a disservice by working there. It should be up to the Pharmacist and no one else to refuse someone medication and the grounds should be based on more than mere suspicion.

Profiteers. Avoid. $10 for 5 surgical masks sealed in a paper bag that hid the type. Turn out to be single-use type with the top-&-bottom paper ties. Hopeless for constant taking off/putting back on.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for five years and for good reason. All the staff are lovely, you are never left waiting, and they always go out of their way to help you. They also have naturopaths, dieticians, and even facialists. It’s in a great location and has a huge selection of health products, cosmetics, essential oils, gifts, the list is endless.

Love this pharmacy. I place an order every couple of months to be delivered regionally and it arrives the very next day, have not had delivery this quickly from any other service anywhere..ever!! Extra points also for the service in the makeup department, in particular Jen. Amazing service!!

This place has a very rude, self-important pharmacist. Dark hair, thin, possibly Eurasian. I can see why this is one of the lowest rated chemists in the area. I never get any disrespectful attitude when I go across the road. Pharmacy 777 Subiaco Rokeby Road not recommended.

Will never go back there again. Staffs are rude, pharmacist is slow.0 safety measures during pandemic COVID-19 knowing that it’s a pharmacy, no one is practicing social distancing or wear mask or gloves.

I got a bunch of film developed there with prints. The prints are okay but they messed up all my negatives. Scratches, dots, residues of chemicals all over. The funny thing is that the prints are okay. So they mess up during the development process and fix later their poor work. The negatives are ruined and it will take much time to restore some of the photos. I paid almost 100$... Thanks for your service"."

Checked the price of a script last night, the first woman who spoke to me was nice enough, but the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. She said my script would be a total of $35 for 2 items, which I could get the same at chemist warehouse for a third of the price. I said I’d just go to c.w and she snottily replies we don’t price match here! Too expensive and rude I won’t be returning here.
