If your store hours advertise closing at 9pm, please do not decide to close at 8.30 and mislead the public. You can actually generate a lot of business during the final half hour. The same goes for losing a lot of business when you close early

Was very disappointed that Malik refused to serve me because I was shopping with my daughter standing next to me. He has no right to ask her for I.d when I picked up the item and was paying.

Alan was very rude while serving us, we told him one of our ID’s was in the car and he just took the alcohol from our hands in a very rude way, the rest had ID. Im actually 31 so I don’t understand the problem of getting the ID from the car and come back but he was not nice at all so we just went to Cellarbrations and had an amazing service there.

Really wonderful service. The cashiers went out of their way to help me during a busy period at Christmas time and I couldn't be more grateful. There is also a surprisingly large variety of drinks, despite the small shopfront appearance.

The lady who was in the store on 12/05/2022at 1445-1450 was very rude to the customer.When customer was asked for the price check she refused to check and asked the customer to go and check in the cold room .The store was very quite

Very poor selection and range - they only stock the stuff that sells the most as you would expect from Coles and a large chain. The staff are good - not always knowledgable about the products though - I get the feeling there is little training from Coles. You go here to buy your ciders and what ever and a good price - but you don't go here to look for something special

Extremely poor customer service. Waited at the service counter for a long time, attendant didnt even check. After a line of people started he finally came over NO apology, greeting or anything. Was shocked at his lack of basic communication skills, why work in customer service if you dont know how to communicate!
