Great place to shop, get everything u need. I love it as they have a pet section now. Plenty to choose from. I got a heater from there too. Everyone enjoys visiting bunnings. Take ya kids and they can play in kids area. Little Cafe there. Great place to browse.

Staff were very helpful and I found exactly what I was after.

Excellent help diagnosing a faulty issue through to an exchange. Sometimes even good brands have a clunker. Bunnings helped step by step. Knew the brand, knew the process required by the brand to exchange. I entered frustrated left happy! They stood by me the customer through the whole process. I'll buy Bunnings again!

I love this place, I could spend my entire wage in one day there.

I have always had wonderful service at my local Bunnings Shellharbour but I must shout out to Cheryl and Charlie who have both gone above and beyond to assist my shopping experience with great knowledge, suggestions and even helping load my purchases in the car. Wide range of products, getting in and out of the place is horrendous. There is only one entry/exit at one set of lights on the highway. It took me longer to get out of the car park than the time I actually spent in Bunnings.Stock levels are improving and the ladies who regularly work at the entry to garden section are very friendly and get to know you after a few visits, as for staff in other areas, not so interested in serving but would rather walk around pretending to look busyUnfortunately starting to get disappointed with the gardening section, the range of herbs vegetables that have been available over the last 12mths or more is extremely poor.Unless you want to grow chilli's, eggplant, tomatoes and a few basic herbs, they have plenty of thoseHaven't been able to get decent veges like broccoli, cauliflower, bol choy, pak choy, mini cabbage red or white Haven't seen any of the purple superfoods much either, can't keep blaming covid for no stock cause that's just rubbishThey can't be bothered ordering it

I have always loved Bunnings at Albion Park Rail and would normally give it 5 stars but after my recent experience I can only offer 2 stars for the paint section anyway.I recently needed to match some paint for a small section over my garage and was unable to remove enough paint to take there for a sample so I took a small piece and a photo to try and match it or get somewhere close.I was the only one at the counter and whilst waiting for 2 young female employees and an older woman to stop chatting amongst themselves for some minutes about whatever, one young girl eventually approached me whilst I was holding my camera and before I had a chance to say anything she said a photo is no good...just check out the colour charts over there" and then turned around and went back to her chatting.I knew their computer or whatever could not match a photo but the colour shown was quite accurate and I just wanted to get some idea where to look and if a particular brand of paint was suggested for my colour. It also would have been nice if she took me to the correct area and offered a bit of help.Eventually I found a colour that was fairly close and took the chart back to the counter and asked the same girl her opinion.Her only response was to ask me what sized tin I wanted so I got the paint and left with both my wife and myself shaking our heads.I have always had helpful service at the paint counter with other staff in the past but none of the girls there now seemed as though they wanted to be there nor appeared keen to help so I think Bunnings should look into doing some staff training/education in this area anyway."
