I have been with Help for a while. When I first came to them I wasn’t job ready. They patiently worked with me to overcome my barriers. Once I was job ready they actively marketed me to employers, supported me make my own applications and helped keep me motivated. There was a time when I truly believed I’d never have another job, however this week I got one. I couldn’t be happier. They are a great group of people; caring and dedicated. I came into HELP depressed and discouraged. The staff not only got me a job, but they made me believe that there are still people who care. Absolutely amazing group of people. True story !!

I had a really positive experience with Help Employment. Initially my phone appointment was cancelled and I had to rebook for a face-to-face appointment the day after. The manager was busy however a lovely lady Cune served me and answered my questions in depth and with confidence. She had a very bright and bubbly personality and I felt very supported and informed about the next steps to take. Thanks to the team at the Redcliffe branch!

I have been with HELP employment for going on 6 years. From day one they were understanding and motivating in getting back into work, even when I wasnt ready and still in a state after my previous job. They have become like a second family and I cant say that for many other organisations who are promoted to help people from all circumstances. I moved from Kingaroy over year ago unemployed and separated from my wife. I tried to get a job but with out any luck then one day I got off the bus and walked down the road and saw help employment so I thought I will go in and see if they can help me. I was greeted by kindness ,smiles and a positive attitude.this is what I needed in my life the people from Help Employment are totally invested in the client they give all they can to assist there client and asked nothing in return a especial shout out Cune and the girls and Ray Morgan how help me with out knowing me.If you want a place that feels like home and people care for your well been contact help.

The ladies at HELP changed my life. Helped me and supported me in gaining employment again. They went above and beyond.
