I was looking for a piece or two to mark a major milestone and I had a pleasure to work closely with Lisa and David over two months to pick the right pieces to commemorate this remarkable life event. Everyone at the boutique is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to help securing the piece(s) I was after. I cannot thank this Omega Bondi Junction team enough for helping me to achieve some of the most remarkable pieces by Omega. I also had opportunities to try on timepieces from multiple ranges from both modern and heritage lines and learnt so much of Omega’s history and what she stands for.

Thank you to Ben in particular, I had been in to see him multiple times to try on the same Seamaster and was great. I finally made the jump to buying the watch and I’m very happy. I’ll be back to get that Speedmaster for sure!

Probably the best buying experience I've ever had. All the staff here are great, Peter and David are legends and helped me get my grail watch (and them some). The watch is unbelievable.

Just picked up my 321 Ed White Speedmaster in Omega boutique Bondi. The watch is amazing with classic retro 321 design and for sure the movement is gorgeous. The SA Ellie is so amazing with professional knowledge about watch, about Omega. She is very patient and the service is great. She gave good suggestion to me. I really enjoyed the shopping experience there. Highly recommend! Definitely I will buy another one soon with her.

I have recently purchased my first Omega watch (Seamaster 300M NTTD Titanium) from this store and I have to commend the team on their high levels of professionalism and excellent customer care I received. Ellie has been a wonderful main point of contact on my entire journey of purchasing this watch, taking the time and effort to go through all the details of the different options and making sure I was satisfied with all aspects. I did not feel pressured at all and I cannot commend her enough on the patience she showed me. She has been absolutely fantastic!Lisa and David also took great care of me on several occasions and again made the whole process a positive and memorable one which I feel is a very important part when purchasing a luxury product such as this.The store is very welcoming and this is also attributed to Mehran the security at the door who was always pleasant and polite and who is a real credit to this Omega store. I will certainly be visiting again!

Tried to have a quick look at a watch, but was rudely be told by this Indian lady at the door, I am not allow in even for just a quick look at one watch as they have 2 customer. I said I require no assistance but she use her body to block me from the door and refuse to let me in. She did not apologise nor give me alternative, just told me to leave. I am an omega customer, I’ve purchased from omega but have never been treated as rudely. Truest appalling to the brand.
