The only doctor available on a Wednesday afternoon in our rural area was at the local hospital. My son had croop and I needed a script to get the medication to help him. After waiting 3.5 hours at the hospital, we still hadn't seen the doctor. Within 10 minutes of registering online with instantscript we had spoken to a doctor and the script sent to my mobile. I couldn't recommend this service enough.

My first experience using this type of service. My doctor was very thorough and I was very impressed how quickly the doctor understood and identified what I was experiencing which I found it very reassuring. I would use this service again and recommend it. Very grateful for the doctor's care today.

I have used Instascripts a few times now and every experience has been a good one. It is convenient, affordable and safe. Every doctor has had a wonderful bed side manner.

Great instant service at a reasonable and comparable price, especially when my GP is fully booked and charges $70 (less $39 rebate). However, make sure you choose the right certificate. I accidentally chose school/uni, when I needed it for work. They are not able to change the wording or swap to the correct certificate. I was offered a refund, but I would have to wait 3-5 working days to get my money back and then would have to repurchase the correct certificate - with my money taken immediately! A redundant process that is not very service oriented, even though their chat bot is effective and very efficient in connecting you to customer service. Overall more like 3.5 ⭐️

Very happy with my experience and will look to continue to use the service moving forward. My local GP was booked for 2-3 weeks and couldn't provide telehealth for a new diagnosis (only repeat scripts). I created an account, filled out the consultation forms with ease, was contacted by a doctor about 20 minutes later. We had phone issues on my end and the doctor went over and above to keep trying and ensure we finished the consult. Received a clear and concise diagnosis with script sent instantly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great service! Prompt response, and it was super easy to pick up my meds. Absolute life savers, as my regular doctor was closed and I had run out.

Felt as though the doctor had no interest in my actual illness. I was going to pay for a single day certificate being $19.00. Then got processed through for a $50.00 phone consult. Lasted all of 4 mins. She asked me what my symptoms where and sent the sick certificate straight away. All the same questions I was asked when applying for a $19.00 sick certificate. It was clear that a phone consult was not needed. Frustrated I spent money on something that wasn’t necessary.

What a pleasure and great convenience. Couldn’t get an appointment from our local doctors at short notice and they were not bothered that I needed help fairly urgently. Then I remembered I saw an Instascript advertisement somewhere. Quickly registered and spoke with a doctor within 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again and will tell all my friends about it!
