great pillows. recomend high and soft

These pillows are all good until you try and gentle machine wash as to the instructions on manufacturers label. Inner part of pillow moved in cotton outer cover to the point it was not possible reform the pillow to flat and uniform after washing resulting in lumpy pillow. Had to buy two new pillows.

Made a quilt purchase not long ago, then I found out after unpacking that it had stains and smelled of smoke after unpacking, so I quickly returned it to the store for a replacement, turned out several replacements all had varying levels of imperfections on it, so unfortunately I had to ask for a full refund. The store's manager apologised and promised to look into it with the manufacturer, and suggested that I let them know about it, so I took up the advice and contacted Jaspa Herington, a friendly customer service girl redirected me to the operations manager, and then it went downhill.First, he actually suggested for me that I should have 'suck it up' and cleaned it, then he had the nerve of accusing me of making lies and proceeded to barrage me with derogatory remarks (some were racist) such as Go back to your country
