I have used both internal and external storage facilities at Hills Storage, Castle Hill and they have provided great storage service for me over many years. The personnel are all friendly and efficient, including David, Jason, Alex and Kelly. Highly recommended.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Hills Self Storage to anyone who needs a storage solution. The staff are incredibly supportive, friendly and attentive. I have been using the services for almost 5 years, no problem was ever a problem and I always felt I was looked after as a client. 5 stars!

A friend has a storage unit here.... I've been here frequently during the day and late at night and am continually impressed with the cleanliness and user-friendly features and facilities, and the total design concept focused upon storage, with a friendly touch.Unfortunately my goods are stored in West Ryde at another facility which is gloomy to the point of feeling unsafe, yet costs significantly more....very significantly!I may make a move here soon...very soon..

In the past 10 years, I used Hills Storage twice for a total duration of four and half years. In the first instance, I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing. I like their layout and informative staff. On the second occasion, they intervened successfully on my behalf to the removalist company that tried to overcharge. Jason remembered me after absence of 4 and 6 years. The place is almost immaculately clean and staff are preemptive without being pushy.
