Beautiful Hair

Went in waited at the desk for about 2 minutes, asked for a fringe trim ended up waiting 15, I got fed up and left. Might I add that the salon was empty and I saw one of the stylists just standing doing nothing when I was clearly waiting to be fixed up. Not worth my time or money don't go here. The salon was also an absolute mess with hair all over the floor (there was a broom right near where the hair was is it so hard to clean it?) And the girl that served me at the desk looked so miserable.

Great value for a very professional service. Louie is amazing, I'd never see anyone else. I have very long thick wavy hair and have never paid more than $150 for a full cut and colour with blow dry.

I really wish I had read these reviews. They are not professional at all. Lady with a black hair gave a haircut but she couldn’t even do the thinning properly, cut from too high near my scalp with the thinning scissor, now I look like I have too much baby hair on my head. I look like a hedgehog.Also, when she was cutting my tip of the hair, she cut little bit of my skin around my jaw. That’s not professional at all, she was so in a hurry, not focusing on my haircut, done a haircut while looking at her surroundings and quickly touched my hair with scissors. Couldn’t blow dried my hair properly and I went home with hair on my shoulder, and chest and all itchy. I am highly disappointed in their rude, disqualified service. Never gonna come back. DON’T EXPECT THIS PLACE TO GIVE YOU A GOOD HAIRCUT!! Should hire someone who knows how to do their job properly!

I would like to share the experience I had with these people. Wish I had read the reviews before walking in. Customer service is ridiculous. I walked in to get wash, cut and blow dry. The lady told me the price for blow dry based on the length of my hair. I got 4 inches off my hair ending up paying the same amount. It's ridiculous. My head still hurts from how rough she was. I will never go back this salon again. They don't deserve this single star.

Highly disappointed with the service, quality of work and value for money! I was charged $65 and what a waste of money that was! From really long hair to shoulder length short after requesting not to cut that much. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this place and would never go again. My hair wasn't even blowdryed properly still frizzy after telling them it needs to be fixed. Not friendly at all. Extremely unprofessional - avoid at all costs!!

Bad customer service.Dark skin and curly hair this shop does not have the knowledge on managing different hair types.They want your money and they do not listen to what YOU want. Your hair is done in a hurry and then its next in the chair please.The more the merrier profit over customer care. Walk ins are not a place to spend your hard working $$

Very very bad experience. Not good place at all to do the service. Did hair straightening, but it will be curvy the next day. They have not provided the appropriate information on the day when i did the straightening. And when i told them that it goes curvy again same as before doing hair straightening, then they mentioned that it will relax the hair only and wont be too straight. On the day of doing the service, they mentioned that it will be straight till 6 months. What the hell.. not giving proper information to the customers and don't want to refund, and ofcourse, not good customer service at all.. have not seen this kind of service in my entire life. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone - 0 star

The place is always nice and accomodating.So far, I always walk in customer and I am always treated well. The owner Louie is such a nice guy plus hair styles and color doesn't cost much unlike others. Highly recommended. 5+

Prices are misleading. They charged me $35 for a blow dry but then did not even give me the blow dry I asked for did a quick bad job then used the tongs to do curls. Still paid $95 for the entire thing. Cut was not great rushed job. Won’t be back.

I have always had my hair coloured and cut by Louie. He is very professional, knows how the colours work on my hair and the result I will get. I would never go to any other hairdresser.Very happy
