Design 20

The team at Design 20 have been nothing short of amazing. In particular Libby and Daniel who have navigated us through the complexities involved in the Town Planning Permit process. They have managed to make the process as simply and transparent as it can be. Whenever we called with questions or clarification Libby was always happy to help. Their communication with the progress of our job was first class, we always knew where we were with our project. For our next project we would have no hesitation using Design 20.

Takes money upfront, cancels appointment, won’t disclose information for paid services, won’t return emails or phone calls. Tried to cancel services due to no communication, kept our money and abused us over the phone when trying to get a refund. Don’t use this service unless you want to loose your money. I’ve paid over 1,000 dollars and received nothing in return.

After a disappointing experience with another drafting service in the area, our experience with Design20 could not have been more positive.From the beginning the whole team were approachable and professional, and always kept an open line of communication during the different stages of drafting our renovation and extension project, which was extremely important to us (special thanks to Libby & Anthony).Our final plans are exactly what we were after. Glenn saw where we were going with our ideas and 'took them up a notch' by offering suggestions on how we could improve functionality and flow. Thanks to Design20 going above and beyond, our building permit has now been approved and we are ready to begin our project.We wouldn't hesitate to use Design20's services for any future projects we may undertake.Many thanks!

A big shout out to the Design20 team. Awesome client service, especially during COVID and the difficulties of lockdown. Libby, Glen and Johnathan have been excellent in assisting me with the modifications to my home, even when I have changed my mind and approach mid way through the design project. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they have provided expert advice and guidance with design, planning and permits, and build recommendations every step of the way. Libby is wonderful, keeping me updated and informed at each point, and responding to all my questions with fast turnaround. Such a great team and business to work with, highly reccommended :-)

I used Design 20 for the complete design and working drawing stage of my renovation and extension and could not be happier with the price, the professionalism and more importantly the commitment by all the staff to produce a great product for me..Can not wait to show them the finished build now

Appalling service......Taken initial deposit, won't return calls or emails!!!!!! We have lost $1050.00 and weeks of delays.Staff don't know how to take measurements, constantly missing measurements .....no communication.....Late for initial appointment. Apprantly cat died. Wonder how many times the cat has really died?Don't bother with them if you value your project.. We have withdrawn from process.Keep the money, your going to need it mate. We will move on and survive, unlike your business.

Design 20 have undertaken work for me on a number of occasions and have always delivered what was promised and always provided me with professional service. The team at Design 20 have always been professional and courteous when ever we have used their services. I highly recommend Design 20
