Very happy to continue using this professional business.The attention to detail, particularly by Paul the service manager is second to none. He fixed an issue that could have costs me $$$K with my car even though it costs his business some time and resources.

Outstanding customer service - thank you to Paul and the team at Woy Woy who were there to help when I needed it during the floods. They always make servicing my car an easy and positive experience.

Personally, I had a great experience. The service person I spoke to was outstanding and very professional. What concerned me was what I saw through the windows onto the service area for vehicles. I saw a mechanic throw a seat off a bench out of what I can only assume was frustration. Luckily, I had a Kia serviced whilst that car seat came from a Toyota 4WD. I was quite concerned by what I saw.

As soon as I let the team know that I had been waiting a while for a part (not completed during our last service), they were onto it, ordered the part and fitted it in no time. Well done to Paul & team. You exceeded my expectations.

Popped into the service center as my rear indicator bulb was dead. No appointment. Was expecting to be able to buy the bulb or book in a service at a later date. Had my bulb changed and back in my car quickly. I use Brian Hilton for warranty car care and have always been happy with the service. Keep up the great work. :-)

We've regularly serviced one of our cars here and unfortunately the quality and customer service is patchy at the best of times. I would advise to stay clear if you need a reputable company to take care of your car.

Big thank you to Paul and all the staff at the Woy Woy service centre . We called in unannounced at lunchtime today in a bit of a panic. My KIA Cerato was running very rough with the check engine light on. Even though they were extremely busy, Paul dropped everything to check my car and quickly diagnosed a faulty injector. He told us to bring the car back in the afternoon when the replacement part was available. My car was fixed and ready to be picked up within a couple of hours. I can't recommend these guys highly enough their excellent service

Had Prado booked in to replace knock sensor, was called to advise rocker cover gaskets needed replacing as well so I authorized the repair, repaired didn’t clear the code or clean the leaking oil from the gasket leak, charged for two gaskets and labor but only one gasket was replaced . Poor service!!!

Couldn’t be more disappointed in the service provided.- organised a part to be order and installed under warranty 2 weeks prior to service date to be installed.- found out that the part wasn’t ordered when I dropped my car off.- part didn’t arrive in time and was told it will be sorted ASAP.- didn’t hear from anyone for 4 weeks. I rang twice to get just a message system. Left a message which was returned two days later to say that the lady who deals with spare parts is out and she will call me back. Two weeks late I still hadn’t received a call so I call to be put through to the message system again.- I once again was told that the lady who deals with spare parts is out and that she will call me back.- it’s been 2 months in total. Still waiting on that call back.Unbelievable.
