I bought a luxury slimline single mattress through bcf , ABSOLUTLY nothing like the sample in the store , it's supposed to be a medium" but it's actually hard as a rock

Buyer beware!!! I ordered a cloud 9 mattress. The brochure shows this mattress with a bolster suitable for a caravan. On the rear you are to write the dimensions you want this mattress and whether rounded corners etc. No where does it state with or without bolster. I was supplied a solid mattress. I had to pay for another to be made correctly. This is false advertising and due to the fact I needed it was not in a position to legally fight this. Absolutely disgusted with both their attitude and actions take by their distributor. Will never consider supporting their business. Also I belong to a large Caravan group. They are all going to know about this!!!
